My name has been legally changed. Tomorrow I get to go to the DMV for new ID and will be legally MALE on my driver's license. I'm so stoked!!

Congrats Jay! And FYI it's a bad idea to try and get yourself pulled over by the cops just so you can use your new ID ;)

Congrats Jay! :)
Congratulations! That is one of the greatest feelings!!!! I still sneek a peek at mine from time to time just to see the gender marker....It is always great to know at least the state accepts you for your new name and desired gender.

You could always have a car accident where the police come......but that can be expensive.....and really bad if someone gets hurt......However it was the way that a cop saw my new license.....of course I wasn't fulltime when it happened and of course I was presenting in the opposite gender to my license when it happened, which led to an uncomfortable situation/conversation.
Yeah, well...a glitch occurred today. My ditzy therapist forgot to write my gender marker letter for the DMV. We had talked about it at my last visit and I had emailed her all the info she needed to include and she had emailed me back that she was all set, then forgot. So I have to wait until she writes the letter!!
ARGH!!
So, name change yes. Driver's license no.
Bummed.

My therapist wrote me a nice letter but forgot to sign it. That was frustrating!
When the signed letter came, it worked like a charm at the DMV.
Hang in there.
You've made a ton of progress man. On T, got your name changed, gonna get top surgery soon...
Don't let any hiccups get you down, you're on a roll bro!
CONGRATS!!!!!!!! ;D :D
Be stoked. ;D
Congrats Jay!
