Egh I wore my binder to sleep last night (I KNOW I KNOW) and it was a BAAAAD idea
But I got to see what the long term effects might look like if I continue wearing it. I had marks all over my chest this morning (noooo!! I want my chest in good shape for surgery) and my freakbags were PAINFUL. to the point that showering hurt this morning, they were so tender.
I also have a pain right around my sternum which hurts the MOST when I breathe in.
Obviously I'm not wearing anything but a shirt right now (not even a sports bra :( ) cause they're in so much pain I don't want to do anymore damage than I've already done. I feel horrible right now like even if my chest started feeling better, I'd still be too terrified to wear anything on it but I definitely wouldn't pass if I do that....
Chest surgery can't come fast enough.....
DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE please be careful with your binders
:o Why did you wear your binder to bed last night? Were you to tired to take it off? Or did you just want to see what would happen?
Haha.....long story.... um. In short, I wanted to sleep (in the same bed) as my roommate. :) And no, nothing happened. But I didn't want to like... Ok well she's a girl, sees me as a guy, and I didn't want my moobs anywhere near her, there.

In short, it was simply a stupid decision on my part.
Ouch. But I can see why you did it. I hope you feel better soon.
I've only bound a few times, but I'm so confounded big that it doesn't do much for me. I'm thinking that I should just table the issue until I've lost another twenty pounds or so.
