Groups observe anniversary of man's murder

A collaborative of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender activists and allies will observe the 10-year anniversary of Shepard's murder with a candlelight vigil Sunday. The public is invited to attend the vigil, which will be at the Humboldt County Courthouse at 7 p.m.
