nope.  dont want something holding em up whe youre trying to mash em down. :P  plus, you'll learn (unless you live somewhere cold all year round) that too many layers gets HOT.

Don't wear a bra (sports, maybe), but I would suggest putting something underneath, like most people cut up pantyhose. It keeps a layer between you and the sometimes rough fabric so you don't get a rash or something. I mean, fabric that close to your body, moving around a lot=pain.

underarmour makes a good line called "heatgear".  i LOVE it.  its slick so your binder slides right on, plus it wicks away sweat so that you dont get hot under there.

lol nate, not required.  sometimes binders can just irritate the skin.  i dont wear anything under my uderworks binder since its so comfortable.  infact, i wear my underworks under my T ingdom!

eh mine kinda itches. my chest is getting more and more sensitive the more I wear it, so I prolly should wear something under it. can't adjust my binder without flinching

UGH its the T-Kingdom definitely, I don't have an underworks. Maybe I should just buy a wifebeater and wear it under my T-kingdom, cause it does its job you know.... Wifebeater sounds like my cheapest solution.

That crap ITCHES/CHAFES/SCRAPES, you name it!!

Wifebeaters kept the problems at bay. Yeah I was so itchy binding but wear something underneath and it was better. Definitely the cheapest option which is probably why I like it.

Like ->-bleeped-<-boy said, wife beaters are the cheapest option.  I buy 5-packs from walmart and they last a REALLY long time.

Yeh pretty much wear a-shirts under mine, same thing as wife beaters I believe.  I wish the stupid binders were more comfortable for me though.

Comfortable how? I feel like it's not comfie for anyone bro. I may have a smaller chest, but JEEZ could this thing be any tighter/itchier/more irritating you name it.

I actually find them painful.  They curl a fold into my back and my back isn't that great in first place

Yeh...  not sure if I can even stand it for years on end... jeeze...  I can't really enjoy being a guy because I'm in frecking pain all time.  And well maybe I'm a wimp but I don't much care for long lasting pain.  Short Temperary pain I can deal with if need to, but not like this.   Thing is it's not really much better if I don't bind and if I don't bind... grrr   Am stuck between a rock and a hard place.  I wish I could just get them gone already.

Dude my binder is being completely irritating. I don't know if it's just getting worn out, or maybe I'm stretching it out... I DON'T KNOW.

I bought the wifebeaters to wear under it and that got rid of the itching and sensitivity, but not the sliding. Recently it's been sliding down my chest during the day maybe every few minutes....With the wifebeater on it does it a lot less frequently, but it's still sliding. This is irritating cause it gives my chest more of a curve when it slides down.

I got the T-Kingdom 980....No velcro unfortunately...Any ideas?
