Hi ladies,

I was thinking about this earlier, for those of you in transition or post-transition.  What's your ideal breast size? 

Right now I'm an A cup, I'm not sure if that's my ideal size, I think I'd like a B.  For now I'm happy with my little A's, they're cute and they fit in my hands.  Now that I'm post-op though they may grow a little more.  My endo says to wait about another year and then if I like them then, great, but if not I could consider augmentation to a B.

So, what's your size?  Guys feel free to comment just be nice.  ;) :D

A C cup is about what I am with my forms and it fits my frame real well.  I am an A myself, but they are further apart due to my wider chest.

I am also going to wait a year to see what Mother has in store for me.  And then think about an augmentation.

I almost fill an 38A. I pick a C cup because of the 38 part but, to be honest I'm not exactly sure how big is a B,C, or D. Or how they would look on me.

I have a set of silicone enhancers that I wear from time to time, they're in size A/B which means they turn an a cup into a b cup, and it looks pretty proportionate for my body.  I think if mine were a C it wouldn't look right on my body.  Now if I could just get the girls to grow together...

I have the same problem as you Janet, they're growing apart!  :o

well... as someone who HAS boobs... BIGGER ISNT BETTER.  for shiz... im not just saying this beause im going the other way.  they can cause back problems.  and ive noticed this in the larger ones, stretch marks.


and as for what i like on other people, enough to fit a hand is good.

Chet, I agree. Big boobs are in my opinion not better, especially with the possible medical problems they cause, as you stated. I chose a B since I have an A right now and would like them a bit bigger, just enough to look proportional on my frame.

B cup seems to be the way to go.  C cup would probably look more proportional on me but since I'm not on HRT yet I probably ought to let my torso shrink up before I decide what looks good.  B just seems like a reasonable thing to hope for and still keep a good proportion.

I chose a "B" cup, and make that super-sized too please. ;)
I think big is nice and all, but the last thing I want to do is define myself by my bust size. If I can't get what size I want, so be it. :-\

Good Lord!  That's gotta be like 36 Hindenburg!  Those would get in the way more often than would make them useful.

The ideal size depends on your frame.
Personally, I prefer them a bit smaller than what most would consider ideal.

I have to agree with the poll so far, a B cup seems about ideal according to those polled.  "B" is for average, and that's good enough for me.  :D

"B" works best for me. I *want* more, but I also know it wouldn't be appropriate for my frame. IMHO, it's where I woulda ended up had I been a GG, so... B it is ;)

I don't really have an ideal size that I would like. Anything bigger than what I have now, in combination with the other changes, would be a definite improvement. :)

I voted C because i think that would fit me perfectly...

I voted for the "d" cup because of my frame. Call me big boned! D cup breasts on a 46" chest look like b's do on someone smaller.

I chose B cups for me even though I'm over 6 feet tall. I wouldn't want to draw any more attention to me than I have to. Also, I know when I get on HRT soon the chance of me having anything more than an A cup are remote. My mother and sister are barely an A cup. Damn!

After several years of estrogen, I was almost a B cup.  When I had my breast implants I became a C.  And I really like them.

I agree with Chet, bigger =/= better. Think about running, jumping, even brushing your teeth! Yes ladies, even brushing your teeth can make those things bounce.

Anyways. I like Bs, or I suppose Cs if they fit her frame. I'd rather too small than too big. Flat women can be HOT. Just look at Kiera Knightley.  ;D

Personally, I think the "ideal" size depends on the person. Some people want larger cups, some people don't.

Dani is going back and forth right now. Some days she says she wants a "larger" chest, but not as big as me and some days she says she'd really like to be as big as I am. *shrug* It doesn't matter to me really, as long as she's happy. Right now I've been telling her that if she doesn't like what hormones give her, then we can fix it later. However, she has to be sure, because she has to haul 'em around :P

My current size is my "ideal" size. I've actually been asked if I was going to get reduction surgery. And my answer is "Nope! I *like* my chest. A lot of women spend a lot of money to have what I do for free!"

Also, big breasts do not automatically equal back problems. I've not had any problems with my back at all. The only time I had any pain was when I was wearing improperly fitted bras. Once I got good bras, the pain vanished...pretty much instantly too. It was amazing.

I honest-to-gawd don't know! I am nearly a full D and I STILL HAVE NO G.D. CLEAVAGE!!!! (except laying on my side)! All I ever wanted out of boobs was cleavage :( That's all, just some cleavage. Would I have to be a @$#% F cup to have cleavage?  :-\

I'm somewhere between a C and a D cup right now depending on bra manufacturer.  I've had no implants or anything, that's just what I grew on hormones.  I'm actually pretty happy with what I currently have in terms of cup size.  Although I wish they were shaped a bit differently, my BF keeps telling me that they're perfect.

Jane, I am a D bordering on DD and I have no cleavage either.  If you want cleavage, you'll have to use a push up bra that will push the "girls" up and together.

That is kind of the curse of we women-born-men.  Our thorax/shoulders are wider because of testosterone poisoning so our breasts are far apart on our chests.  GG may also suffer this same problem if they are bigger/taller.

BTW: I really have not noticed any back problems as a large busted woman.  Though wearing a bra all day can be uncomfortable.

But I totally do not get cup sizes. They are worse than jean sizing. One A cup does not equal the next just like
a pair of jeans in size 4 can fit as well as a size 6 but my measurements say size 6.

And the various bra sizers that are around just don't work. A mans size small shirt is big on me so I have a really small frame
and my under bust is 34", over is 39" and above is 35". The Ladies Home Journal bra sizer http://www.lhj.com/style/fashion/advice/bra-sizer/ (http://www.lhj.com/style/fashion/advice/bra-sizer/) shows me as a 36D which is not even
close to correct. This one http://www.85b.org/bra_calc.php (http://www.85b.org/bra_calc.php) shows me at 38D
which is also way too big. I can wear some 36A's and some 36B's. Bra sizing from what I can tell is all over the place.

The Second Type Women site (NSFW) http://www.secondtype.com/breastdev.htm (http://www.secondtype.com/breastdev.htm) shows the average
breast hemi-circumference after a year of HRT to be 10cm and I'm at 16cm. And in looking at that page and
this one on augmentation http://www.secondtype.com/breastimp.htm (http://www.secondtype.com/breastimp.htm) I would say C cup boobies
are perfect and larger than many GG's.

I think I'd be satisfied at B with my frame size but I'm not even sure what that is :( I do have nice cleavage now and with the
right push-up bra it looks great but I would like more please if the boobie gods are listening :)

For those who are wanting better cleavage, I read in SELF Magazine the other day that you can do a variety of exercises to increase the muscle under the breast, because you can't exercise the breast itself.  These include chest presses, press ups, and arm lifts.  Chest presses and arm lifts involve using two 2.5 - 5 pound weights, while press ups are like push up except you can do them against a wall.  They're all low-impact and can be done quickly a few times a day.  Within a month you should notice some improvement!

Nice link.  Based on the pictures I am a 38A naturally.  But I am still thing 38C based on my frame

in my case C (or maybe large B) would be just right, considering my frame...
I don't think i'll ever get implants so i keep my fingers crossed for HRT  :D

I picked D, I went bigger when I had them redone a few years ago, Im now a 36DD, I wear a push up bra which pushes my girls up and keeps them together, I have a nice clearvage, the only thing that worrys me as I get older, I hope they don't sag or droop, anybody any experience boobs drooping, my clearvage is part and parcel of my femininity.

my gf has a chest so large that i can't wrap my arms around her unless i'm on a stool and over her boobs or underneath them.  not much beats out the squishiness.  great pillows.  headrests.  like i can sit between her legs and lay back on her and i get total body support lol.

so no.  mosquito bites don't cut it.  gotta have enough cleavage to suffocate in.

holy cow.... i looked at that site... and it seems that i was about a DD!

My wife is a DD and just at 5.2. She complains at times that they hurt her back.

If I could get up to between a 36B to 32C id be happy.

I have 36B and I don't believe I will be going any further, I beleive I have used up all my breast growing time. But then I measure only 5' 3"  and 128lbs so I suppose that makes it a normal proportion.

Im straight and I do prefer bigger breasts on a woman but not "to" big! Like a C+ No bigger than an F. To much to handle!

hmm. i'm at 38B already, and i'm only up to 4 months on HRT... it'd be nice for them to stop at C, but i think they're going to go a bit beyond that :(

A while back I miss-measured and I was all smug at being a '32C', yeah, I forgot to add four on.... I've learned from my lesson (and inflated a bit more) so I'm a 36B now and I can imagine that'll be a C within the next few months. I'll be quite happy as a C.

I could handle a D, but I feel that a large B or a small C would be ideal. I like my sleek frame, and I am uninterested in compromising it for bigger jubblies. Besides, my mother began suffering from back problems during her thirties, and I have detected some sensitivity myself down in my lower back. I would rather not agitate it.

If I had Keira Knightly's skeleton breast augmentation wouldn't even be a remote consideration but since I have a male skeleton I am going to need breast augmentation just to begin to look female.

Hi Kim hon. May I ask how long you have been on HRT? Some of the girls here thought they would need breast augmentation earlier on their HRT. Later on, if you are a young person, after a year you will find a different then then if you steel feel you want augmentation it would be much safer then earlier on where you could have complications after your breasts have fully developed. I pray that made sense.

I started HRT 8 years ago.

Ideal size i would prefer is C cup any larger would be a bit much on my frame judging from the pictures im somewhere right in between a AA and an A range prob more to the AA since I can stillw ear a baggy shirt with no bra with no problems

Hi Kim hon, well then I can safely say that after 8 years HRT and you still haven't reached a satisfactory breast size then breast augmentation might be required but consult a physician for recommendation before you do.

It took mine five years to get up to a 36B but then at my age I can count myself lucky I even got up to that size. 36B is about average for a person my size anyway. Good nutrition and a good diet is all I can say was what helped me to fill in to a better shape.

I wear 36B.  With some enhancers they work fine.  I'm not sure I wanna be real big.  B-C is fine.  I've seen girls that look like they belong on a stripper pole after BA.  To each her own, but not for me.

I'd say B and a half would be my ideal. Shape matters more than size in some respects though.

Right now I am 38-D but I would rather cut down to a B or C Cup My lower back has been giving me trouble for a while now.
