Title: Flying to Chonburi
Post by: Fer on November 07, 2008, 05:23:46 PM
I used to feel envious when peeps posted about their GRS. The happiness they felt was so obvious & contagious but often made me feel quite depressed because I never thought I'd be here today writing about the very same thing.  But here I am, still in a state of disbelief but quite sure of what's going to happen in the next few days.  I'm flying to Chonburi tomorrow to see Dr. Suporn.  My GRS is on November 12 & I couldn't be happier.  Please keep me in your thoughts as I embark in this marvelous journey for the last time.  Thank you kindly :)

Happy belated birthday. I do hope that very thing is going well for you. May the peace and blessing be upon you during your recovery period. And yes, I know the feeling of wanting and waiting for your day to come. I've waited since the age of 21 years and I'm now 37 and still have 8 months to go before my due date. Yet, I had it very bad. I used to look at little girls and become very jealous because I used to think that they had no clue the pain and suffering I went through as a child and they do not have to endure such pain. Nevertheless, your birthday is here girl. Happy birthday.

Many thanks everybody.  I'm sorry for being late but I've been busy with life & the holidays.  My experience with Dr. Suporn, his wife Aoi and his stuff was outsdanding.  I'm quite happy with what he's been able to achieve for me.  Thought I was going to get back on my feet after 4 weeks but it's taken longer.  6 weeks now & I'm slowly getting back to normal but I can't complain.  It's been quite an unforgettable journey.  Thailand was amazing, the people, the nurses, everywhere I went, everyone was very polite & unbelievably helpful.  Many thanks for your concern.

Hi Fer, Congratulations, I am happy for you, after all it is w memorable day that I don't think anyone one of us has experienced that we will forget any time soon if ever. It's a liberating day.

It took me only four weeks to fully recover with full feelings down there but took it easy for six weeks before returning to doing the normal stuff as before.
