The easiest and most lifelike household item is the rice bag breast pad.

Take a nylon then fill it with rice.  Usually a cup will do for a B cup presentation.  Tie a knot in the nylon then place in your bra.  Not only will you get a nice shape, but the mass and movement will be very lifelike.

I think if you google it you will find a table that will give you an approximation for the amount of rice for a particular cup size, but you can just use your judgment.

As a child I used socks - not good. Tried ballons and water - very bad when they leak. Shoulder pads worked quite well. But until you grow your own - prosthetics are very good. The companies I have dealt with have been very helpful. They will use any means to keep your position private.
If you can go to a TG group and some one may be able to order them for you.

Hi carli,

I had the exact same question a few days ago and got some great suggestion on this thread: https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,48105.0.html (https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,48105.0.html)

I have been using these extra large flesh colored latex water balloons I found in a party supply store for a few years. They are made of very thick material and there is no chance they will leak unless you puncture them with a sharp instrument of some sort. Once I get the size right I encase them in hose so they don't slip around under the bra. Using the right bra is important. It's best to get one with an elastic cup to help with shaping. And use the roundest balloon you can get instead of the tubular ones.

The other suggestion is to put bird seed, rice, peas or beans inside a length of hose and tie it off. This gives great shape, fills he bra out nicely and is not as heavy as water, it just doesn't have much jiggle.

Hope that helps.
