I think the one that has had the greatest impact on popular culture would be Nike's "Just do it". I know alot of people who use this as their everyday mantra.
At the moment I can't think of one that really stands out for me as unique. I kinda get irked at the Madison Avenue crowd with their attempt to influence my thinking with commercials and ads. But they are entertaining, I'll give them that.
