A GUILDFORD woman has revealed how a sex change has helped her conquer the business world.
Kate Craig-Wood was a man up until three years ago, but last week she was named one of the main winners at the NatWest Everywoman Awards.
Since undergoing a gender reassignment in 2005, her IT solutions company, Memset, has become one the UK's most successful internet hosting providers.
It's strange, because I live 15 minutes away I feel I should know her...
...I don't, but she's still an inspiration.
