I have to admit, my furry companion (Oscar) has kept me sane more than once when I was a complete mess.
Let this be a tribute to teddy bears and their emotional healing powers :D

Dead squirrels about to go in the crock pot... :P
My little dog is my best friend and has been there for me when I needed him. Dogs are my favourite animal.
I have Rupert, and as strange and silly as it seems he is always there when I need him.
He is quite the character. You can read his story here:

No teddy bear, just a green ducky (no picture either) BUT there is this little someone who has been there for me in my most darkest moments, and no it isn't an inanimate object; it is my kitty, Bebe! Here he is:

This is my Bear. He is gone now and I really miss him.

But I do have my two cats to be there for Mom.
Janet
Steph,
We have heard a lot about Rupert. Have you ever posted a picture of the dear boy?

Hi Steph, no picture, just a little red X.
Well I have my best friend with me he resides on my left shoulder you see. Her name is just plain critter. She's been with me for 11 years, she saw me through my surgery and also Wing walkers Surgery. The picture was taken at Dr. Bressards healing House in Montreal. I go lots of other furry friends including a couple of teddy bears but critter goes where ever I go.

Can you see him now?
Steph
I can see it now, but could not before. And here I thought the blank page was your way of saying Rupert was a 'made up' bear, and not a real one.

Does this fall under the right to "bear" arms? :icon_2gun:
Someone had to say it.
No, it's the right to keep and arm bears, which is a very different world.
How cute, He's even got his own little arm chair. Wing Walker and I were out shopping yesterday and I just love going to the toy department to look at the toys at this time of year and of course clown around a bit and get a few giggles from the little guys and goils. :D Anyway they had this Barby doll set complete with the couch. Well I got lots of dolls already, including Barbie dolls, I just wanted the couch for my Critter but I would have had to buy the complete Barbie Doll set. >:( Oh well. Wing Walker got this for me to compensate for the couch. ;D
Presenting Tinky.

:) Nope, he is a very "Real" bear, and that's the big comfy chair where he spends his day's.
