I just wanted to say hi. Ive been lurking for about a week. I joined yesterday. I have to say I really love all the information I have found here. It is very encouraging. I am 30, just started taking spiro about a week ago. So, thats about it for now!

When I turned 30 I thought "I'm getting so old", especially since I had not yet undergone therapy or anything. I kept thinking it will soon be too late. At 40 I had the same thoughts to some extent, but then told myself that 40 isn't really so old. At 50, I thought the same thing, I still have time to live my life as I should. At 55 I'm wondering if it will ever happen. I'm happy for you for getting your start now. Good luck!

Welcome to our little family. Over 1300 strong. That would be one heck of a family reunion. Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams. Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.
