Title: A Great Year
Post by: gennee on December 23, 2008, 05:07:20 PM
This has been a great year for me. I have been out in public quite a lot and find it to be exhilerating. People generally don't pay attention to me but on occasion I get compliments. I been to restaurants, movies, church, and shopping. My wife has bought me some clothing. A couple of weeks ago she purchased a set of nail polish for my son's gf. I said that I liked them. She asked if I would like a set? Don't know if she'll get me one for Chrsitmas but anything feminine will make me happy.

On occasion we fuss over if we want to wear the same sweater or skirt. My wife likes my stuff better than hers. Go figure. I would dearly love for her to go out with me while I'm Gennee. So far that is a no go. Someday maybe. I'm pleased that she accepts my dressing. This year she seems to have accepted it more. I achieved many of goals I set at the beginning of the ear. I'm thinking of new goals for 2009. This was the best year I had.

Gennee, sound's like you had a wonderful year. I read your blog and found it great! Lot's of interesting link's and your writing skill's are superb. This was a good year for me also, Ive really started to understand myself finally and am learning to put the past where it belong's , in the past. Even though our past experiences make up alot of why we think the way we do I've learned to put thing's in perspective. My resolution this year is to just be myself, something I have struggled with all my life. My wife is very supportive, actually she insist's that I just be the woman she know's I am. We have a very loving and caring relationship that I imagine could best be acheived between two females as there's none of the "ego trip" that seem's to come natural to most male's. ..........your friend Tori
