I was just wondering, are there any natural ways for bio-females to increase their testosterone levels?
If so, to what extent would this affect the average person? Anything noticable?
I'm not really ready to transition or anything yet, I just wanna feel a bit more manly :)
Also one more question; I wanna build up some muscle. Mostly biceps. Any idea how I can do this easily at home? I don't really have the money for workout equipment.
Thankyou :)
Exercise in itself increases T levels as far as I'm aware
As for no work out equipment, body weight resistance is fine for starters
water bottles, bags of groceries, anything really, can work as weights.
Use your own body to start with, crunchs, push ups, chin-ups, a couple of milk jugs filled with water are pretty heavy.
i think eating red meat/high protein meats helps and somewhere i heard broccoli as well.. and yes exercise too especially weight training
I've being looking up good ways to increase testosterone levels, but obviously, most of them are for men.
Does that matter or would they work with anyone?
There is a FTM guy on Youtube.com that claims he is transitioning without "T" and just using vitimins and supplements.

Pfft. Yeah right!
I'm leery of claims that vitamins and supplements can cause such a dramatic change - and even if they could, I'd worry about their safety. "Natural" doesn't mean "safe", not at all.

I think that video should be taken with a pinch of salt.
Or indeed a whole shaker.
Or a salt mine.
Bear in mind that this is some random guy.
How is he qualified to dispense this kind of information?
Is he a doctor?
I doubt it somehow.
Random guy.
Be wary.
You know, if you think about it, isn't that just saying that women are men with a vitamin deficiency? :P
if you say that, men are mutants. :P the Y chromosome is just a mutated X
well, the guy's youtube video is pretty easily summed up- he doesn't pass. maybe with his mouth shut, but not while speaking. his info is clearly bunk.
Don't know about the testosterone, but about the building up muscle: I would buy some free weights (you can get them at target or kmart for not all that much and you really only need one) and also make sure to get lots of protein into your diet. I like smoothies a great deal so I went and got some unflavored protein from gnc (was about 12 dollars for a good long times worth) and remember to do some jumping jacks or any form of cardio before and after to get your blood flowing it will really help the results!
unfortunately now most of my muscle has turned back to flub after the lack of activity due to finals and then surgery bleh
I don't really know much but to appear more manly i would say exercise your pectoral muscles, building them up will make your breasts less noticable. anything that is high in protein within an hour of excercizing will will help build muscle and stop it being so sore the next day. And obviously shaving any bodily hair will make it grow back thicker and darker.

Working the pectorals lifts the breast and makes them more prominent and harder to bind. Fail.
Ah ok my mistake there. It seemed logical in my head, like i said, don't really know alot, it seems i should have just kept that post to myself
Nothing but nothing can replace T but tribulis terristus does make it easier to develop muscles, ups the sex drive a little and according to some causes a tiny change in voice.
I havent noticed the last two particularly but then I have quite a high sex drive but I can definately vouch for the first. I had quite frankly weedy arms pre trib and now I can feel something there in them, something actually resembling a muscle. If I worked out I am pretty confident I could develop my arm muscles now. So I imagine it would be primarily good as a work out supplement.
