:-\
Ive known a few GGs with this issue and trying to remedy it.
Thanks Kiera, I dont need implants...I have solid c cups, but they are far apart and even though I have redesigned my bras to pull them together, they are still out in guy land and require alot of "adjustments" to keep them in where I think they look good...
But I would love to get some implants later...I think >:-)
Hi Rita,
Well alas dear the ribcage you started with was a guys which is a bit wider then a GG girl on average. So the twins end up being further apart then normal. So it was explained to me by my surgeon anyway.

...darn ribcage... :-\
It sucks being a D cup and having no cleavage!

Exactly! my bras are D and DD...and fit a little loose (for padding)
but when standing up I have boobies...but no cleavage, more like a driveway between 2 hills...I could stick a third one in there!
The only time I have cleavage is laying in bed .... then OH BOY do I have CLEAVAGE! Of course, laying on my back, they are somewhere down under my arms ::)
Now I'm confused..
....I always thought gg's had to push their breasts together often in a support bra to get cleavage, unless they were really large?
....are we talking about good shape and definition , or the need to securely hold a playing card in there?
....so the question is, does this count as cleavage here? or are we talkin' a bit borderline?

Oh yeah...thats cleavage! :o
Thanks Rita, ;D
Like yourself that pic was without HRT, but I did get a little help from a couple of "boosters"... :o
...the point is; I have always had a thing about taking my shirt off as a guy due to a little extra weight up top...
....now I think they may also be a little closer together than "standard" for a guy...Hmmm ::)

I am a good B cup, but the only way I can get cleavage it with a Nubra. But I really don't want to wear it every day, seeing that it adheres to your breasts. It works great for the occasional low top or little black dress. But I will wait till I am at least two years into HRT before even thinking about BA.
Janet
Hey Janet
I was about a B before GRS and BA, which was 17 months after start of HRT. My surgeon recommended going with a bit smaller implant (400ml), which worked well as I have had some growth in the 7-8 months since surgery. I'm about a 38C which looks pretty good on my frame (5-10), so my friends tell me anyway.

Pardon me for coming in in the middle, but...

In answer to the original question: YES! 9_9
In response to postoplesbian's last post: YIKES! O_O ... O_o ... x_x
Mind you, mine are so far apart I could probably get that done with minimal difficulty. Sigh ...
Soooo, anybody wanna tell how to make it look better?
Mina.
Just stick 'em inna bra like we all do. Jeez......I bet some time ago, you complained that ya didn't have boobs!
Stick 'en a bra, girl. None are perfect, and to my own amazement, I have gggirlfriends that are jealous of mine. Hard to imagine....
I have a wider than average ribcage also. My "underboobs" measurement is 38. That makes them point about 10 degrees north-noreast and north-norwest.
Also, PostOpL......I like a nice rack too, but a rack and a half??!
Nah.

LOL. I practically sleep in a bra (not really, but I wear it ALL the time since I heard it "trains" the boobs into a better shape and lift.
I was thinking of exercises or stuff anybody'd heard of or come up with, but meh. I suppose underwire et al it is. ^_^
Mina.
i wonder if breast augmentation would help i doubt b.c the place ment of boobs is involed with rib cage
thought i put some thought in lol
rosey
I don't think the ribcage is entirely to blame. I've seen GGs with boobs pretty far apart, especially when they've had breast augmentation.
But hey, as long as they aren't looking like a picasso I don't think you should worry too much about them. :D
Tbh, unless you are above C, dont expect cleavage... it does take an element of underwire/squishy bra to get it too... but your ribcage can be a factor... Its not just a ts thing, as some here have said... i know a fair few friends with spaced breasts... its just another bodyshape...
