pleasse TAL=KE THIS FROM SOMEONE who has many scars,,,from cutting.....It is not worth it...see for me i would get soo stressed out that I would cut, and I bled out all the tension....what I can tell you is that there is another way...............there has to be........it took me looking at other seemingly unrelated aspects of my life and personality to discover the trigger...
