i'm no expert but i don't think there's a way to lose fat off your waist without losing it everywhere else too. lower belly fat is good, cause that's the female kind.

those balls are good for lots of stretches and exercises. I used to have one and even a simple situp becomes so much more effective.

the only targetted fat loss is liposuction, but you can tone your mid section and core which will give you a flatter tummy.

use it for balance which actually is more of a workout than it sounds like, lol.

do a regular situp with your rear on the ball, fully extend on the way down too.

do small targetted crunches while you are lower than horizontal. do some straight on and do some twisting to the left and right.

check youtube for "exercise ball" and you'll find several routines.

Under HRT you'll still lose weight from all over but put it back on in a female body pattern, so you basically need to lose it and gain it at the same time (easier said than done huh!) :D

Try this:

... Aaargh! There's an article entitle "Lose Muscle, Gain Fat!" at http://www.trans-health.com/ (http://www.trans-health.com/) , but for some reason I can't connect at the moment. Sorry. :(

I read somewhere else on here that doing Side Bends can do wonders.  I'm not 100% sure what 'Side Bends' are, but I'm attempting to do them for exactly the same reason.  Also, there's like, specific exercises to make your butt bigger:

Thanks, Vesper, for the video link...

As always, it suggested additional links to review, and they have all been educational!

I have been using the following exercises for a small waist, these are also helpful in maintaining booty.
