Hi Bridget,

I like your name.

Stick around tell us a little about you. We really are a fun group of people...unless you steal
our chocolate  ;)

Protein is a good place to start, I eat a protein bar in the morning and try to eat five smaller meals
during the course of a day instead of the 'three squares a day' rule.
If you eat healthy your body will appreciate it, but the changes can be subtle, I recently pointed
out here at Susan's the changes that I have noticed, and that was after fourteen months HRT.
So let the hormones run thier course.....But do not just sit back and see  ;D

OK you can have some   (https://www.susans.org/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi314.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fll407%2Fiminadaze%2Fassortedchoccropped.jpg&hash=bae66e0a0f8700b9178373a390af4b2ee37eb15c)  ...>:-)

Of course it's always good to eat a good diet. If you give your body the proper nutrition, you can maximize the results of your hormone therapy. However, it is very common for many girls to have limited growth no matter what supplements you take, or what food you eat. For many of us, breast implants (http://www.locateadoc.com/pictures/cosmetic-surgery/breast-augmentation-breast-implants.html) are the best way to go! Obviously we would all prefer if they were natural, but few of us are so blessed.

 Best necromancy of 2012.

I will say though... while I'm here... that simply maintaining a healthy weight and a balanced diet will maximize growth.

I know I wish I could gain weight, as it's what's holding me back.

Flaxseed can help. How? Tiny, nutty-tasting flaxseeds boast a wealth of nutritional benefits, including supporting digestive and cardiovascular health. Of particular interest to scientists, however, is their high content of lignans, a type of phytoestrogen or plant compound that can mimic estrogen in the body. Flaxseeds, in fact, contain more lignans than any other food, says the Linus Pauling Institute. The lignans in flaxseed may help protect against hormone-related cancers and possibly improve bone health. Also, if you want to greatly reduce the "T" your body makes: eat cauliflower & broccoli. It will give the estrogen a better chance.

Basically you need the essential vitamins any women needs, so if your looking at vitamins go for a women's multi vitamin.
Food should be just a balanced diet, like something that is healthy, if your healthy development will be that much better, so if you remember the old saying, "eat your greens, there good for you". It's totally true green veggies are good at boosting collogen which is healthy for the skin and many like broccoli, peas and beans do increase breast growth, so really it's very hard to avoid foods that increase estrogen n what not, even coffee gives a tiny boost, so really it comes down to health for the most part.

Mine are natural. Lucky me , I Know! Presently, a 36B but I should also say, was a 34A just 2 years ago. No... there's no secret. Also, NOT on any HRT whatsoever. To keep that bad boy Testosterone in check: lots of cauliflower & broccoli. On the vitamin side, I take D & E... and then use cold milled flaxseed in all my prepared dishes (ie, Beef, broccoli & rice). In the morning, each breast is massaged for 3 minutes using a soy based lotion and this is again done at night. Don't forget: your breast are constructed with some fatty tissue... so don't cut out all the fat in your daily intake.
