9 months on T and my feet are still growing -- up 2-1/2 sizes!
Wow I didn't think anyone got that much growth!
I'm only a size 4...but I'm cool with that...I can wear shoes from the Disney Shop ;D
wow... so what size are you now? I haven't noticed growth for myself yet but haven't been on T long. Not that am to concenred about it. I wear a size 9 mens anyways
Really? Good. I need that hope. I'm size 7. :( Buying good-looking shoes is an incredibly trying task. I live by Converse and the amazing way their store has no boy/girl separation, and has both size comparisons on every box.
most people who are on T that I have talked said their feet grew between 1.5-2.5 sizes. I don't know if it depends on anything, but it seems really common. I wear an 8.5-9 so I wouldn't mind going up a size or 2
This actually makes me sad:( I love my many shoes, and would be very sad to see them go. The price we pay . . .
There are times when I am glad I only have one pair of shoes. However, my boots are another matter... hiking boots, steel-toes, cross-country ski boots--both classic and skating, motorcycle boots, winter boots. Then there are the roller blades and ice skates... Not looking forward to replacing the footwear associated with sports/recreation; stuff is expensive, and most guys have bigger feet than I do (size 8, mens), so buying used is difficult. Ah well.
Somehow I missed the whole "Your feet grow on T thing" but that's great news for me because I wear a size 7 1/2 in men's. It would be way easier if my feet grew even just one size.
eh didn;t think about the needing get new shoes part dang lol... least I might fit the hiking sandels better, but just got new tennis shoes last october and then there's my dress boots as well.
It's really funny... I was CERTAIN my feet had grown 1 1/2 sizes on T. Then I thought back, and realized that yes, I did wear a size 8-8 1/2 men's for years, then all of a sudden was wearing 10. No mistake. Problem is, I started wearing a size 10 in August of '07, and I didn't start T until December '07.
I'm a moron, and I have no idea. :P

i realy hope i dont grow in length any... i already wear 11s and im only 5'7" >_< it looks goofy as heck. i wouldnt mind my feet getting wider though. theyre so narrow now that my shoes dont fit.

I started out with tiny feet -- 6-1/2 woman's. So now I'm 9 woman's (or, when I can find a good pair, a men's 7-1/2). I hope I reach men's 8 some day.
I like having larger feet now... looks more natural.
But yeah, it's expensive, growing this much so quickly. Payless Shoes has become my best friend. As far as athletic shoes go, it's not much more expensive than it's always been for me. I run long-distance, so I've always needed to replace my running shoes every 2 months anyhow.
Let's all just be glad we do not wear a size 2&1/2 in girl's like someone in my French class does.

er......hum.....I wonder.
I have not yet started on hormone therapy ( due very soon to begin ) but this M to F has a female sz 4 to 5 ( Euro 38 ) depending upon shoe maker, might I reasonably expect a reduction? Heck, more expense !!
not sure it works that way, bones more likely to grow than shrink

I was thinking perhaps soft tissue reduction rather than bones though given my size, I may have a genetic benefit anyway. My general muscle mass has diminished greatly through lack of work following my strokes thus my inquiry was perhaps based on this loss etc....
I sure hope my feet don't grow too much I am 6'0 and wear a size 12 in mens already...I don't think trying to find a 14 would be much fun. Yikes!!!
I'll have to add this onto my list of things then. I already have rather big feet (size 42 which is a men's 8 1/2 in the US version). Thankfully I only have one pair of shoes I actually wear..
So, you guys on T, do your feet get wider in comparison to the length? I certainly hope so. My feet are long enough for men's shoes, but even women's shoes are way too wide. Mens' completely swamp my feet. (But then, both my dad and my mom's dad had A width feet, so I'm pretty much screwed on both sides.)
Wish I could tell you they do, dude, but mine have always been wide... I had to wear men's shoes before even thinking about transition because women's were too narrow. Heh heh... was a good (and truthful) excuse to get my mom to buy me men's shoes when I was growing up.

Mine have gotten both wider and longer.

Lol, same here. When I hit puberty the first time around, I swear my feet grew to their full adult size in one go, over a period of several months. For a time, I would get new shoes only to outgrow them a month or so later. My feet definitely got too wide for the majority of womens' shoes, which was fine by me. My mom had already been buying shoes in "doubles" for years. I would insist on getting the boys' version of a pair of shoes, and my mom would finally relent with a compromise: she would get me the boys' pair, but she would also get the girls' pair--and for every day I wore the boys' pair, I had to wear the girls' pair for a day. I obeyed this... sorta >:-); I remember dashing out the door on the way to the school bus fast enough so that my mom couldn't make me change my shoes. It was really a senseless waste of money, but then again a lot of money was wasted on clothes for me growing up; my family would get me piles of girls' clothes (some of them rather expensive) that I would refuse to wear. It was a point of contention for many years.
I have gone up from a 7 to a define 8 now. If not bigger!

Now you guys all have me wondering how the heck my feet grew 2 sizes before I even got on T, yet didn't grow at all once I was on it.

Dude, I don't know! LOL Weird, huh?
Mind over matter?
I havnt looked at this section before...I was wondering were the Cute guys were.
I have to ask, since the feet grow, do the hands grow as well?
Cause I've already got trouble finding ANY gloves that fit!
i heard that they get broader in the palms
geez, i wish my feet got longer. only wider i'm afraid.
Quotefeet growing and growing
Really? damn what kind of T r u dudes on? ??? wanna get bigger feet to. I wear a size 8 kinda (dude's) :-\
My hands didn't grow on T, but the veins started to show more... pretty well gave them a more masculine appearance. I have a feeling, though, that for guys who haven't stopped growing yet (under or right around 20), your hands might grow. I know a few guys who were 20 and 21 when they started T, and they got taller. Too bad for me I was too old.
