Has anyone noticed their toenails growing slower on HRT and looking more feminine? What about ears? My ears used to be large and masculine now they are small and girlish all thanks to HRT.

Congrats! My nails are changing, and lots of other little things. I've only been on a real dose since mid Oct 08 - 4 mo. I'll have to keep an eye on my ears!
Um... yeah. Your ears don't shrink from hrt. Ears and nose, in fact, are the only parts of the body that never stop growing (excepting, of course, hair/ toe- and fingernails, but those aren't body parts). Sorry to burst your bubble... maybe your hair is just getting longer, or your face getting fuller, and making it seem like your ears are smaller.

Thinning skin can also be some of it.
Never really had big ears and my nails grow fast. I think typing and playing the guitar might make them grow faster due to the stimulation but who knows :)
Nail growth speed tends to coincide with personal health, particularly calcium intake. Other than propensity to breaking your nails, I don't believe any activity would increase or decrease growth.
