is there any exercises a male can do to have more womanly features, such as legs, arms, tummy...

There are some that claim they will give you bigger hips and butt.
Some also say to massage your breasts, up, down and in (NEVER OUT), but that is only if you are on hormones.

A lot of it, is just down to genetics I think, but you can certainly tone areas with exercise. I guess if you follow weight lifting you could target areas to increase muscle size in those areas you want bigger, but everything has it's limits. I'm far from an expert though.

As far as arms goes, I think exercise is the opposite of what is required.  A lot of girls tend to have sort of plump arms as compared to men.  I know a lot of girls hate it, but personally I find it attractive.

Non weight lifting exsersizes for sure,  IE things with lots O reps.  walking a lot is very good for legs and butt. Cycling is not bad if you spin a lot and avoid big gears.

Women have less upper body strength than men so definitely don't do anything there. Exercises for the waist would probably be good. I think something like the windmill exercises we used to do back in gym class fall into that category.

Run, jump and even skip for legs.

For the upper body do "toning" stuff, don't do weights but try yoga or something.
