Title: One year on
Post by: Nigella on March 19, 2009, 06:57:26 PM
Just a note about my progress. Updated pic for one to show me now. Yes I have had a hair cut which was long overdue mainly because I didn't know what to do with it. Also been a year on HRT. Been living full time for nearly a year. I am up for SRS next year, gulp. Starting hair removal down stairs, lol, in time for SRS.

O! nearly forgot, I'm sitting in my new car, just luv it and enjoying the sunshine.

Thanks for all your luv and support.

Grats on the milestone. But why you need to remove the hairs down there? There are surgeons that dont need that.

BTW, dont take it wrong (:P) but when I read your name I was like Starbust? (plus loking at your avatar !!!111)

dislexya I blame.

Zelane, I was told that I needed the hair removed around the perineum, etc, I guess all surgeons have their little ways of doing things, lol.

As for the bust remark, haha. One thing I have notices is that men when thay speak to me they occasionally glace south ward or when they talk to me they talk to my boobs, as if they can speak back, lol. O well, the price to pay. OMG do you think I show to much?

Stardust not starbust, lol

I am also late, but congrats, Girl.  I am not that far behind you with HRT.  But I wish I had the problem of the talking boobs.  ;)

Yea one year on, omg. One to go, my clinic says I should get my referral for SRS by next spring/summer. I think its the UK because of funding and also differing reports even from abroad. It's all confusing. I think what worries me is if I go outside the NHS then something goes wrong they might/will not touch me. Lots of things to think about in the meantime.

How r u? your new av looks great too and how's the counselling going?

hugs
