Title: New girl here.
Post by: Mattie Bear on March 30, 2009, 10:45:32 PM
Hey. I'm Mattie (born Matthew) and I'm MtF, but honestly, I prefer to just think of myself as a girl. I'm a "Glass half full" person like that.  ;D I'm 20 yo (21 on tax day), I'm bisexual with a preference for girls, and I live in Michigan.

I guess that's it.

Hi Mattie,   :icon_wave:

Welcome to our little family. Over 2100 strong. That would be one heck of a family reunion. Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams.  Ask questions and seek answers.  Give and receive advice.

But remember we are family here, your family now.  And it is always nice to have another sister.   :icon_hug:

No disrespect intended, Janet, but do you copy-paste your welcomes?

Oh, and welcome. :)

A matter of fact I do, with minor variations.  But so does Tink and a couple of others.

But I do add something that is relative to the person, if I so feel driven.  It is a standized greeting that works for me.  Once I get to know the new person I become a lot more personal.

Yeah, I was thinking also that that Janet thing must be a pain to copy paste as well, honestly, I don't understand why so many people are driven to sign thier own posts.

But I'm hijacking the topic. Please enjoy yourself here, Mattie. :)
