The fact that "it can be technically done does not make it ethically acceptable," gynecologist and reproduction expert Josep Lluis Ballesca told the daily El Pais.

"The sex change operation must be total, including a removal of the ovaries," he said, describing people like Ruben Noe Coronado as living in a "contradiction."

This when read is not exectly what I was expecting.

I have no problem with a woman having children before having a hysterectomy.  What is the difference when a woman who identifies as male decides to do the same?  Sure have the babies then complete the sex change.

What the article I though was going to show is a biological man had implanted babies, or for a moment a biological Transexual man that had embroys implanted, but after further reading this is so last year.

The only concern I have is it may bring a mothering instinct upon the Transman that is just not that manly.  And their may be some mental issues to be worked through.... but other than that I do not have a problem with this.... just stop making it a bigger deal than it really is.

I can see nothing morally wrong with his decision. Will a transman have the maternal instinct?
