As a former superintendent of the Greater Fall River Vocational School District and director of Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School and public high school principal in another state, I oppose House Bill 1728, a bill intended to protect transgender rights, because of its impact on public schools.

The bill, among other things, would make it a hate crime to deny any person access to a bathroom, locker room and shower facility of their own choosing, regardless of their birth sex.

Its funny. I transitioned in school and I had support from the administration. One of the things the principal was worried about was the bathroom issue.

He was worried I might get harassed by others inside the bathroom. It never happened and some months later we had another meeting and he told he was expecting someone to complain. No one did so phew!

I was lucky  and also was a  case by case basis. I wonder what could have been if my school hasnt been supportive? *shivers*

That bubblehead, Martins, is just exploring another angle by which to scare people using the "men/boys in ladies/girls bathrooms."  It's BS and is easily refuted.
