The attorney for a 16-year-old who allegedly murdered a gay journalist in Brooklyn's Cobble Hill neighborhood argued that his client was defending himself from a sexual assault when he stabbed the 47-year-old radio anchor.

"He's absolutely the victim, morally, he's the victim," said Jeffery T. Schwartz, referring to his client John Katehis, following a May 8 court appearance.

Both parties were wrong, but the man's legs were wrapped with duct tape, and you feared for your life so much you stab him 50 times?  How about run?
