Title: Neo-Vagina
Post by: Chaos_Dagger on May 22, 2009, 08:47:45 PM
Anyone who has already undergone the surgery... please tell me I MUST know.  What does it feel like inside?

Adriana, I'd be happy to give you any details you might like.  They might be a bit intimate so if you would, please PM me.

Over all there is a certain similarity to anal stimulation, but there are differences as well.

*blinks at the face palm* I'm sorry it's such a weird way to ask such a question, but I needed to set aside a few fears for my SO.  Anyway I have an answer to my question now so thank you!

I really wish I had a video camera as Dr. Meltzer performed my first dilation on me.  The feeling was, as Mr. Spock would say, 'fascinating'.

Now with me at my maintenance dilation frequency and diameter, I can feel the depth grooves on the dilator as they slide in.  There are also a couple of muscle walls any probe must traverse -- one at the entrance, and one at about 2" depth.  Finally there is some sort of alignment thing that happens with the back wall -- some times it shifts, and the dilator encounters momentary resistance the last quarter-inch (manipulating the angle helps get past that spot.)

The sensitivity is around the entrance and in the first inch or so, and then again at the prostate (trans woman's G-spot).

Did this answer your question?

As I'm just a couple months post-op all I can say is there is no feeling.  But that's just me.

I was told by the aftercare nurse that it can take up to a year for the nerve re-activation and re-mapping to take place.

Heal now, and dream of the fun you'll have later  ;)

Well i was actually referring to the feeling to an outside source.  Like if my S.O. who is a genetic female, were to touch mine how different would it feel from her born one.  Anyway thank you for all your answers however!

Oh, that...  I can't speak for other surgeons, but Dr Chettawut (who did my initial surgery) used a lot of urethral tissue in the area between the labia east and west, the clitoris and hood north, and the vaginal introitus south.  The urethral tissue is mucosal, so it keeps all the externals moist.

One intimate partner said my clitoris definitely felt different than a factory model, but it was still fun to touch and manipulate (and watch me react  >:-) )

Is that more helpful?

OK, and we were wondering why parental controls were blocking us?

Thank you for this thread. I too was curious about the experiences of both partners, but was too shy to ask...and I doubt I was the only one.

I agree Hannah.

I have many questions about things like this, but have never asked them.

I also often wonder about this subject.  I am glad someone was finally gutsy enough to ask.

Maybe we should start a thread for those partners of post ops to express their experiences?

-Sandy(I'm only half joking)

Would you mind copy pasting whatever you PMed to me over PM? I'm rather curious as well... You don't have to if you dont want to though.

Adrianna,

There's a section called Sexuality on the forum.  This is a subject best discussed there.  Why not start a new thread there and ask your questions.  Be specific so you can get the answers you need.

Its not necessarily sexual to be curious about what your body feels like...

I figured I would post it here since I figured this is where post-ops would frequent.  Also, although I would normally be happy to make a new thread where you have told me to, there is no need.  I already have all my answers!  However if I do have any more questions I will surely post there.  As the one before me stated, I didn't really see it as a sexual question, since it was simply about tactile feeling.

if you're talking about how sex feels, it feels amazing and a gazillion times better than before. I have no idea how to explain it. I've had sex with other women and men. I'll probably get in trouble if I get into too much detail (I've gotten in trouble before over it). Anyway, it's not like before, it's not like urm, "butt sex," or anything like that. It feels good, really good, and addicting.

The actual physical stuff -- pretty much the same, actually. I think the only difference earlier on was inside it felt a bit smoother than some women inside (but that's true with a lot of other women, some are more smoother inside, while others are rougher). G-spot (in me at least) is where a womans is naturally. I never had anyone complain about how it's like in physically.
