I'm sort-of new here; have been hanging around one of the IRC channels since last year.

I'm mid-30s, live in nc.us, work in IT, and finally have time in my life for things like participating here*. I've been seeing a therapist since last summer and have seen an endo but nothing further (i.e. haven't started any medication.) I'm happy to hold off on further steps as we have a number of relationship issues that need to be fixed first - we've settled into a number of bad habits in the decade-plus we've been together.

* Just as I took the first step last summer a work project went pear-shaped and started requiring 12-14 hour days plus weekends until this month. By and large my life became eat, sleep, work.
