Title: New Forum Administrator

I know it's quick, but Dennis has agreed to undertake the momentous task of filling Leigh's' shoes. While she can never be replaced the forums needs a leader, especially right now. Dennis is the best choice for that undertaking. I know he will excel at this as in everything else he has undertaken.
