K well I'm at a point in my life where I am able to live with my body but I think I can assertively say I wouldn't mind some work done just on the hips and butt.
I'm looking for anyone who's possibly had work done there. I know it's popular in the porn industry for transwomen but they live in the moment and don't care about what's in store 5 years from now, hence why I wanna talk to some smart people about it.

She's obviously not impressed with the risk/benefit ratio. But she mixes warnings with some sensible information, practical advice, and some links that are probably out of date by now.
Yeah, I did the research. I meant butt implants, seeing as I don't have enough bodyfat to work with for one of those other things.

Baby, nature has taken its course. That course is a nice flat figure from the front, not curvy>.< Happened whenever male puberty hit, can't change it.

I'm at the same point. I've been on HRT for 10 years and I haven't got the fat distribution I need. I live in the U.K and the opportunity for butt implants or various body contouring is limited unless we travel to the U.S or Brazil. I've seen various documentaries from the U.S where TS girls have got great butts and narrow waists and this is not achieved naturally, they are having stuff done. Over here in the U.K it's difficult to get even a boob job and the only thing on offer is silicon implants which I need to research more on. Also what are the implications on butt implants and hip contouring, are there adverse effects of physical problems afterwards?
