You're Pretty Fit

You are fitter than most people but likely not as fit as you want to be.
You do your best to work out, but you probably don't do it as much as you like.

Maybe you need to do mini-workouts throughout the day to fit in exercise.
Or maybe you need a whole new activity to motivate you. No matter what, you should get moving!

You're Not Very Fit

You're likely to admit that exercise just isn't your thing.
You don't really like to exercise.
Your heart may be in the right place,
but you're not exercising enough to see any benefits from it.

Maybe you need to experiment with new activities
to find something you love.
Whether it's roller derby or surfing,
just getting out there and moving will do wonders!
