As one who grew up with Elvis Presley, and came out with Elton John, and grows old with Lady Gaga, I've got Jackson looming big in my own lifeline. Like many of us, I've wondered. Was he gay or transgendered? Some of us have tried to claim him. But Jackson was never one who could be nailed down with an orientation or gender label...or any label, for that matter.

Label? Pedophile.

How about alleged or suspected pedophile.

I prefer: Philanthropist

No I think Paedophile is more appropriate. In the UK he wouldnt have been able to buy himself out of the charges that were laid against him. I think it was $25mil to escape the charges.

He would probably have gotten 10 years for taking boys to bed with him in the UK.

I think that him getting away with the charges is a major reason for his come back concerts being in the UK and not in the US. The average person in the US knows in their own mind what happened and how he escaped the charges. Similar to OJ.

I also think that the UK people are also quite hypocritical over this matter as one of the UK lesser stars got caught with photos on his computer and has since been hounded by the press who have chased him all over the world.

I dont disagree with the hounding. I just disagree with letting MJ have an easy ride over his crimes.

Only in a witch hunt is a person assumed guilty without conviction or proof.

Witch Hunter: "He's a pedophile!!!"
MJ: "No I'm not."
Witch Hunter: "See!  He denies it!  It only proves what I've been saying!"

Sorry, but having young boys in bed with you is just wrong plain and simple. One of those boys made accusations of a sexual nature... $25mill made those allegations go away.

In the UK he would have been locked up just for having the children in bed with him. In th middle east he would have met his maker a lot earlier.

I do feel quite strongly about this subject as you can see.
