my name is Kyle. I have been questioning my status as a transsexual on and off for years. Im not sure how I can come out until im 100% sure, and I fear how people will take it
You know it would be just so much easier if we could just know for sure if we're trans. For me it was not wanting to die as a guy. I always sort of knew inside deep down, who I was, but Fear of coming out kept the real me bottled up for a long time. When I did finally come out, well It was more Gee, so that's why you were weird all the time (from my brother).
So a question to ask yourself. Tomorrow morning when you wake up do you want to wake up as a boy or as a girl. If so why.
It's best to be sure of who you are, and no matter the answer, we're always here to listen.

Hi Calistine, :icon_wave:
Welcome to our little family. Over 2700 strong. That would be one heck of a family reunion.
Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams. Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.
But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another member. :icon_hug:

Hi Kyle welcome. This is a great place to get questions answered. I agree with what Beni says. Gender therapist may be a good next stop.
Cheers,
Myles
I second what Beni said. Keep questioning yourself. That's the only way to find out who you are and what you want. :) Good luck! Don't let fear make you miserable. It's your life and you deserve to live it as you please.
thanks so much everyone. I already feel welcome. i am 17, so I will go to a specialized therapist for t when I am 18 if that is how i choose
