Title: I\'m 19 & Haven\'t Masculinized since 13years old from Puberty.
Post by: Tanya1 on July 10, 2009, 09:26:09 PM
So basically I haven't changed at all & I look the same as I was at 13 years old.

I'm 19 now & on HRT.

This could be explained from lack of nutrition and/or from me taking birth control pills at 15.

Do you think it's odd for me to look EXACTLY the same as I was in middle school?

Well, I feel I look very similar still to how I did in middle school, especially with regards to my face. I am pretty sure I had naturally lower T for whatever reasons (I have read that some TS have an exaggerated androgen receptor, resulting in lower levels of masculinity). My little brother (year and a half younger) and I always looked completely different. He was always big, muscular, a football player, huge wrists and hands etc. whereas I have never been over 145 pounds in my life and have much more feminine features in general. Why the difference? Well, it is hard to say genetics wasn't at least a significant factor but it would not surprise me in the least to find out I had very low levels of T since we always ate the exact same food and did similar activities (we both are extremely athletic). I was never very aggressive or angry either and honestly didn't feel a change really at all aside from the increased emotions when going on HRT.
