My daughter came out about my TGness in her blog today. With her permission, I'm sharing it.

Thanks Rachel!

I guess I can tell people this. My dad is transgendered. He told me several months ago. I kind of had been suspecting he was "different" but wasn't sure. He's been dressing up as a woman, getting electrolysis done on his face, and taking hormones all in a very short time. He's even come up with another name: Jill instead of John.

Any life changing event requires anyone who stays in your life to make some changes. And that includes things like moving, major income changes all the way to death. It's what life is all about. Trying to fight it is foolish.
