I'm still searching all over the net for support groups and meet ups for Non-Binary Genders like myself in New England. Though there really isn't anything except Lifelines RI which I went to, the people where nice but not really any Non-Binaries. I feel like I want to help bring awareness and do something to help the Non-Binary Community grow. But I don't know how to go about it. I would like to help start up a group and meet somewhere but it's kind of heard to start up a group if you don't know if anyone is going to show or not. Any suggestions?
surely it would be more frightening if just one person turned up... and you didn't like them.
I'd have thought founding a group would be easy enough, book a room in a church hall/above a pub - get a little website and some flyers, go on all the places non binary types might hang out in real life and on web and distribute.
Have you set up the facebook group and got many members?
I'm still in the early stages.
Here's what I've came up with so far.

So far there hasn't been any members just yet.
I'm planning on doing meet ups around the New England area in public places like Library meeting rooms, Coffee shops, etc.
Hi Ericc
I'm in NE and have just joined the fb groups. Thanks for setting them up, and I look forward to meeting in person sometime!
