Title: How to Transition in CT
Post by: jinx on August 06, 2009, 03:10:54 PM
Anyone in Connecticut? I went to the Gender Clinic of New England today, but not so sure if i want to go through them for my transition. it costs $1350 for the psychological tests they give you, and the woman said i will need to be on T for at least a year before any chest surgery. I KNOW alot of guys have gotten chest surgery within a few months of being on T. i really dont want to be a boy with breasts for a whole year.

so, anyone in CT that can recommend therapists/doctors to me? any help would be awesome. thanks

There are three other options on this list: https://www.susans.org/Health/Therapists_and_Counselors/USA/Connecticut/ (https://www.susans.org/Health/Therapists_and_Counselors/USA/Connecticut/)

Good luck!
