For me Its he high end of option 3
Hair removal and skin treatments $15k
FFS $50K
SRS $20K
Sundries $10K

This is just about the calculation I made, I voted 3 though might as well be 4.

Meds are not included!

Think I've spent about 5000 AUD, hormones not included (but those are just a 2-300 dollars a year anyway). I'm one of those lucky Europeans that get everything basically free of charge. Just the labiaplasty left now.
Hope you get surgeries and stuff with the new medical reforms across the pond, it just makes everything that much easier.
