Title: Breast Growth (body types)?
Post by: Valerie Elizabeth on August 18, 2009, 09:27:58 PM
Ah, another breast post.

Ok, my question today is - who typically gets better breast growth in the trans community? Ectomorhps, Endomorhps, or Mesomorphs.

How about some reasoning?

I feel that endomorphs and mesomorphs would get much better growth (other factors aside) than an ectomorph.  Can I get some input from people willing to share?

I'm a skinny / tall person and I have to say I don't think I'll ever get any breast development.

I may not be the majority but I don't know.

Hi there, I was of the understanding that it didn't matter what body type you are but rather the genetic make up of your body. Some people are more susceptible to female hormones. I read some where that it depends on how many estrogen receptors the person has in the breast area for breast growth. I don't know how much that is true but it makes kind of sense and also why in gg's there is also large differences in size from AAA to FF and beyond.

I also read that if your next of kin have good breast development then there is a rule of thumb that you will also albeit a cup smaller perhaps.

Stardust is right on the money.

I am 6', 200lbs, had been on hormones from 1998 to 2002, and steady again since 2004, and still just over an A.. but this is typical of most of the women in my family.  My mom only became a barely B after having us kids, and my Aunt who never had kids was an A before getting implants. My full sister is hardly an A after her daughter , and my half sister is barely a C after two.

Genetics seems to trump in this one.

Wait, seriously? I saw that a little while ago and I thought it was a joke, something you pulled off a Google image search for "hot bikini babe." That's really you? Damn.

Yep it is really me. I had fairly decent boobs at 18. I was thinking of getting a BA a couple of years before my SRS. After talking to Dr Bowers she recomended that I wait and see what happens after the procedure. She was right they has a spurt of growth about 6 mo after. I have a small frame. I think I caught myself before the male fluids had a chance to do their damage.

Actually it is not testosterone that affects your frame, it's estrogen.
I doubt at 18 it matters though.. estrogen stops bone growth, at 18 I think males usually stop bone growth too.

My boyfriend was 183 for years now, he is 20 years old.
I didn't grow over 164cm for years either, probably stopped growing in height since age 15 or 16.

I started estrofem and spironolactone at age 19, I got to about 34B/32C after 3 or four months.
then I had to stop estrogens (I won't explain) for a bit over than a year, I am not sure if I was on it for 3 or 4 months.

Now I started it again, about one month ago, still no changes in breast, no feelings there either.
I am really scared I damaged the growth somehow and I really hope I didn't.

Without cloths, the breasts don't look big, it's mainly push up bra that can make them look quite (QUITE!) big..

People don't even notice I have breasts unless I tighten the shirt or wear a tight shirt.. but I don't like tight shirts, I have a LOT of fat at my waist, I was quite fat 90kg and now I am 63kg and if I wear a tight shirt I look really fat.
