hmm. I'm not sure about the cum. I don't know if mtfs are able to produce vaginal cum. unless from the prostate maybe? some of the ladies may be able to answer that.

The surgeon does try to save the nerve endings so that you have sensation during intercourse.  The technique has improved over the years.

You probably would not be able to breast feed a baby, but I have heard of people manipulating the hormones so that a milky substance comes out of your nipples.  I have no idea if it would be nutritious enough for a baby.

These are all questions you will be able to discuss with the surgeon when the time comes.

Orgasm isn't guaranteed.  Neither is producing lubricating fluids.  KY jelly (or something similar) is needed for penetration.

Some girls are so focused they experience orgasm soon after surgery but it is all mental.  You are too numb down there to feel anything for months.  One friend is three years post-op and said recently she's still experiencing new feelings.  There is a lot of nerves cut during the operation and nerves take years so fully heal but sometimes never do.

I personally not only am able to produce quite a lot of lubrication, but also have found that I have a discharge after climaxing. Whether this is 100% from my prostrate (which will shrink over time) or if some is from another gland I'm told exists (but I forget it's name), I don't know. Regardless, very I'm pleased with this result.
