Welcome to Susan's, Jacqueline.  We've got some other girls from Germany around here somewhere.

I'm still early in transition - pre-op and only four months living full time as Kate.  I'm older than you in years, but I'd be interested in some of your insights as an "old" MtF. ;)

Welcome to the group. I would love to hear more of your story than the super short bio you gave. so if and when you feel like telling some humorous stories or serious ones, I'll be reading.

grmpf..  i had wrote a longer Bio this morning while the Forum uptade came up..   so its lost.

But ok, again..
As i wrote i am Jaqueline from Cologne (Germany) 38 Years old. I start my Hormone treatment at the age of 23 (April 1995) with Progynon depot 100mg and Androcur 10mg. My SRS was in July 1996 with the age of 24 at the University Hospital of Cologne.

Where i start my transition it was quite hard to get any informations about transsexuality, there was no Internet. Internet was more common in the future and i start very early with a Website about me and my History at Geocities.com. I wanted to help people with the same problem, even it was just with presenting myself. But so the other Transgender could see there are not alone.
The Site shut down after Geocities wanted to charge money for the traffic my site did to them.

For living i do Graphics/Design, have my own office since 8 Years and work for several local clients.

hmm  what else can i say..  i Dont know..  feel free to ask :)

regards Jaqueline

Perfect and Thank you. I think you want to remove the dosages from your post as those are not allowed.

How did you find the resources for your hormones and surgery? With out internet I don't think I would have been able to do that.

Wondered why I never heard of it. the progynon I mean. I always wanted to go to Germany. My anscestors from both sides are from there as well as a good friend. My sister got to go to the Black forest there for college and she speaks german. I know only a few words. someday I might just make it there.

Thanks for joining Jacqueline. It's great to hear others experiences. I'm still at the very beginning stages of therapy so it helps to hear about girls like you who have been thru it all.
