Hi
Lots of options. Many lingerie shops sell padded panties to give a fuller bum for the smaller female. InTV shops they usually have a range of padded girdles etc but as usual you will pay a premium. There are several bodyshaper support undergarments at lingerie shops as well. The staff at these places are totally used to dealing with guys so don't be put off

Or you can try your hand at making you own.  Foam, long liner girdle or panty hose.  I have a couple of commercially made padded panties, but I am not overly happy with the result.  But they are better than nothing.

A little pricey, but well worth the money, are the "Veronica" padded girdles/panties from Classic Curves (Google it).

Made for men who want to look like women,  not for women who are a little flat.

Saw this in Skymall for Approx. $20

I've tried a couple different padded panties to give my butt a little more shape with jeans...

These ones seemed to work the best... and I like the low rise.

I also tried a pair from Fredericks's of Hollywood, they were OK, but cheap, like most of their stuff.

Not sure if I'd wear these with anything but jeans though, because on thinner fabrics, the VPL can be pretty severe.
