Humiliated athlete Caster Semenya has become a recluse and is 'completely shattered' by claims she is half male.
The 18-year-old South African 800m world champion has hid herself away at Pretoria University amid claims gender tests have proved she has internal testes and no womb.
And Athletics South Africa official Phiwe Mlangeni-Tsholetsane has revealed Semenya is struggling to come to terms with such awful global publicity.
