"Carol Ann: Vida I do not think of you as a man and I do not think of you as a woman (pauses), I think of you as an angel.
Vida Boheme: I think that's Healthy!"

A beautiful quote from the movie To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything Julie Newmar.

While everyone remembers the late Hollywood star Patrick Swayze for the phenomenal movie Dirty Dancing where he played the dashing debonair country boy turned dancer or for the box office hit Ghost as the romantic partner to Demi Moore, the rest of the gay community remembers him as the supportive, brave and elegant Vida Boheme in the movie To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything Julie Newmar.

I shall miss him greatly.

I have seen some of his movies, Ghost being one of my favorite, and I love him in "To Wong Foo".

Nobody puts Baby in a corner.  The final dance sequence in that movie was awesome. He did good solid work.

In my house, he was best known for Dirty Dancing, especially with my daughter.  She would get up on the coffee and pretend to be Baby and I would be Johnny Castle.  Must have played that movie a few dozen times over the years.

And that final dance scene always gives me goose bumps.

I always liked Patrick Swazye because he seemed very genuine and caring.  He will be missed.
