Of late, several people have been making a redoubled effort to attack the concepts of Gender Roles, Gender Identity, and something they call Gender Theory.
I touched, briefly, on these things previously, but in light of relatively recent discussions elsewhere, I thought I would Address these things a bit more directly.
First, we will start off with the idea of gender as being separate from sex.
