So my mom and I were figuring out ways I could make my own binder, so we found one of her old girdles and cut it so I could slip it on.
Now I'm only an A, but I'm not getting that flat with the girdle, although it's a lot less noticeable if I wear a baggy shirt which I normally do.
Has anyone tried binding like this before?
When starting to take estrogen, I used really tight sports bra to hide my growth from the people who didn't know.
Can't you use that?
I am 32C (or just go measured for the wrong bra somehow) or 32B (I think it might be more accurate even though I was measured) and no one seems to notice if I wear quite a big shirt and a notebook.. but I guess they don't expect it either.
Then again it's ridiculous to walk with a notepad all the time when I go around at the village (I don't really when going out, outside I can be me :))
My grandma told me "Maybe put bandages and wrap them tightly so you can walk freely in the village?", But we didn't try it.
Something must be weird when I read people with B are having hard time with a binder and no one notices mine and they feel small O_o
Edit: Oh! I think black helps for hiding even better.
We thought about the sports bra and we might try it.
It's a bit difficult to breathe with the girdle, but I guess it needs time to stretch out a little.

try solid colors, probably black, and a bit large shirts than your size.

If you don't mind me asking, but did all that breast growth come from taking E? Black has a tendency to make you look slimmer/skinny... so I've been told.

O_o well E and anti-androgens. what else?
But for some reason it's not as big as it sounds, and I am not sure if I should be B instead of C (a friend and the woman at the shop helped me measure but I think they had doubts too)
Well, I've gotten used to the girdle now and it looks like I can get it to appear flatter if I wear another shirt.
Layering is your friend. You're never gonna get it completely flat. I find wearing a binder then a beater and then a shirt helps cover it pretty well.
You might want to try something like a backbrace though. You need something with some elastic so that it can stretch enough to breathe but is tight enough to hold everything in.

I didn't know if it was just E or E and breast implants.

Aha, that just might work. The wife beater that is. Because I found it too hot with two shirts on and it seemed like I just needed an extra bit to smooth things over.
If you're young and an A, a sports bra will totally help. Just a tight tank under your T-shirt will work.
Do lots of push ups and that will bring out the "pecs" and that will help.
Max Wolf Valerio in his excellent book, "The Testosterone Files" which I highly recommend, mentions using a back brace thingy as a binder.
Watch guys on the street, some of 'em have huge pecs, some are flat city and some have moobs. What's interesting is the huge-pec variety I've observed often don't have impressive arms etc they just have all this chest, it's wierd.

Thanks for the tips.
I'm a C cup and I found a decent way that works for me. Perhaps it will work much better for you.
I've tried sports bras and layering but the sports bras are a bit too stretchy (at least the ones I could find) and layering still required me to bind to get the results I like.
My binding consists of finding cheap compression shirts for sports in the little boys section. I look for the smallest size and buy several shades of that (black, white, grey) so it doesn't show through whatever shirt I wear that day. I then layer those together and they press my chest down pretty flat. it works okay and they are rather cheap. Usually 8-12$ tops if you shop at Target or WalMart.
Hope this helps you out.
Hmm layering compression shirts, there's an idea.
