I am currently doing the following routine daily.   I am also doing about 15 miles on my mountain bike twice a week

Excercise is always a good thing and keeps your mind positive.

I only wish I could do some.  But I have a bad back that does not let me.. I can barely walk let alone exercise.

And yes the doctors have told me to do it.  But I could only if I was so doped up to not feel pain.

I have several on file that are to maintain or develop a feminine form.

I am a wuss went it comes to pain.

I don't enough. I used to skip rope a lot but now it hurts my breasts. I can still pretend skip while supporting them with my hands but it makes my housemate look at me like this... 0_0
I need to fix my bike up again.. it's spring I really should!! :D

Maybe the pool, Janet?
I tried the gym, but I didn't like the atmosphere and just walked and ran all summer instead. The local aquatic center has a water aerobics program that looks interesting for the cold months.

I think this is the most fabulous thing I've heard all day  ;)
