So I saw this girl the other day who Im friends with and that I kind of like. She told her mom I was male. She met me and it went well. But when I left she said her mom asked, "Kyle looks a lot like a girl, is he gay?" And she explained to her mom my situation and how I see myself as male. It took her a moment to think about it but she accepted it and uses the right pronouns supposedly.
That makes me happy, I wish my parents were more like this.
Many who know us will be more excepting of us than family.
Good for you. ;D

Congratulations Kyle! It's a nice feeling when others accept us as who we know we are.
Thanks.
She probably didnt care because Im not her kid come to think of it..

Hopefully more and more people will find it in their hearts to just accept Trans folks for who there are and stop worrying about the naughty bits !
Sounds wonderful, could you clone her ?

True - but on the other hand, the irrationally phobic would probably want their own kid to disassociate themselves from a trans person, so the fact that she hasn't tried to interfere in your friendship with her kid is still a good sign.
