Post by: Jenny133053 on November 01, 2009, 12:13:26 PM
Hi okay first post... Umm yeah. So I recently told my gf bout what I am and she's cool with it and she's even going to let me wear her clothes and go shopping for my own and get me some for X-mas :D but I have no idea what size I would be (in US sizes) I'm a 38/30 jeans, 12 shoe, X-large T-shirt and 38 underware. Can someone please help me I'm way new to having to get my own clothes :( and i'm really freaking out over everything. Cause I have to hide this from my dad or else I'm gonna be dissowned or dead. Sop if someone could pretty please help me that would be so amazing.

Google women size charts.  That is where I began and then it was a matter of starting to try on clothes at that starting point.

Hi Jenny.  Welcome to Susan's.

It is really nice that your girlfriend is so supportive and helpful.  As Janet said, go to any site for a US clothier and work through the size charts.  They tell you what to measure and how that translates to their clothing sizes.  You might start with Lands' End, where you can even build a model of you to dress, so you can see what the clothes might look like on you.

Happy exploring. :)
