Correction Commissioner Harold W. Clarke suggested that convicted wife killer Robert, aka "Michelle," Kosilek use a razor if he wants to look more like a woman, because there'll be no more hoity-toity hair-removal procedures without a judge's order.

Attorneys for Clarke filed papers in U.S. District Court in Boston yesterday informing Chief Judge Mark L. Wolf that Kosilek, 60, formerly of Mansfield, has enjoyed "significant loss of facial and chest hair" thanks to previous electrolysis and laser hair-removal sessions.
