i need to know if there's a way to find out if my sex hormones are at their peak, but it's confusing, and it's driving me crazy. i have no idea. i need to get on anti androgens as soon as possible no matter what, but i don't like the idea of not being done yet. i need to know if there's a way i can find out. i'm desperate.
Do you have access to a Dr? If so ask for a referal for bloodwork, in particular; a full liver panel, lipids, & testosterone & estrogen levels at the very least.
As Bellaon7 rightky said see a doctor.

Yes.
No. not if you mean the peak of your lifetime. Who knows what tomorrow brings. If you mean peak of monthly cycle, probably

well, i don't have menstrual cycles.
Maybe you should have your hormone levels checked. This might be a case of not enough estrogens, who knows. And yes, anti-androgens are definitely a good idea if there is not problem with you taking them. That will help your body profit more from estrogens.
